I received this product in exchange for my review. Though I do not see any plumpimg effects from this lip liner, it does go on smoothly and lasts awhile. Especially for the price, i would recommend trying.

Worth a try
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The application of this liner was very smooth and I love the shape of the liner. I couldn't feel the plumping right away for the first few applications. I thought it wouldn't work until it was activated with gloss. By the third time it was better and I could feel the spice right away. I like that I can use this with gloss and lipstick shades that I love but has no plumping power. The photos are with nyx fat oil (scrollin') and duck plump (bubblegum bae).
