I received this product in exchange for my honest review. While the color is LOVELY! (Shade Fill Em' In is the one i selected), the liner unfortunately falls short when it comes to plumping. My new fave lip plumping liner
So I love this plumping lipliner the color one is very high pigmentation so much color. It apples so smooth and soft .there is no scent. The lipliner turns so easy but make sure you twist it back son all the way or it will get stuck in the cap. The clear one is great it plumps with no color. You can put any gloss or lipstick with it. Looks great blends beautiful.
I wouldn't purchase again
*i was only sent the clear color* I went to apply the product and the tip immediately broke off, so that wasn't a great start. Maybe it made my lips appear plumper? But i have not really noticed a difference after applying.
Tingling and plumping
This lip liner definitely does what it says it will! Your lips will have a nice plump look to them after application and the shades are beautiful. I'm not the biggest fan of the tingling sensation on my lips from products like these, but if you don't mind it, it will definitely add some volume.
Creamy and pigmented
This plumping lip liner from NYX in Swollen Spice is nice, rich and pigmented. It has good texture and it is good for everyday use with lipstick but the tingling sensation is a bit odd to me and I am still getting used to it. I am not seeing any plumping effect either just the tingling sensation only.
