This does not work nearly as well as the old Pore Refiner. It melts off quickly and does not cover pores well at all. What is wrong with it? Is there a trick to it. Why they discontinued the other is beyond me.

This product seems not mix well with the Redness Correcting spf Creame, as this product removes the creame no matter if I apply this one first, or the cream first, bith after moisturizing. Am I doing it wrong?

We would recommend using only one of them for best results. After applying your primer you will want to wait 1 full minute before adding any additional makeup. How many times should you apply daily and weekly?

Doesn't cause breakouts at least…
Annoyingly hard to distribute, i have to massage it in a lot more than other primers that just melt in. When I try to massage it in I notice clumps that just roll around on top of my skin. Eventually I smooth them out but it makes me feel like the primer is not getting distributed evenly. I haven't ...

Positive for product- if you are okay needing a large anount of product and wanting makeup to stick to face this is it. However. Im not looking to be photoshoot ready on the daily. When i used less product my makeup was thick looking in some places and not others. It didnt lay well over moisteruzer....

SO SMOOTH!
I'm so happy to have found this. I'm in my early 30s with sensitive, oily, acne/fungal acne-prone skin and massive pores. This looks incredible under makeup all day. So smooth! My makeup has literally never looked better. Like others mentioned, it takes some time to learn how to use it. Make sure your moisturizer is fully absorbed first. You need to really rub this primer in and let it dry completely before foundation. The only con for me is that it contains niacinamide, which my skin hates, but it hasn't caused any breakouts so far. I'll keep buying this.

This primer was very disappointing! It is thick and does not slide over the face like their other Primer! This one you have to work it in! It is like a paste! I was very disappointed in this Clinique Primer and returned it in exchange for the Smashbox Primer which goes on very smoothly!
