Shake well. Section hair and apply product in a sweeping motion to dirty and oily areas. Wait 30 seconds for the powders to activate cooling and cleansing effects. Remove excess powder by massaging and shaking at roots with fingers or brush. Shake and repeat if necessary. Apply before bed for oil absorption while you sleep.

I really love how this cleans greasy hair but it's definitely not color safe. I've used it on my hot pink dyed hair (professionally done with Pulp Riot dye) and within a few days the color has faded. I have naturally oily hair and use a dry shampoo in the morning or afternoon before work, running errands or going out. Since I live in a hot humid state, I need a product that will soak up oil and give my hair a fresh scent. This brand has always done the job. The reason for 4 stars is the price. Way too high.
It's good but not for dark, color treated hair.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I heard rave reviews about this product and overall I think it's a good product but I just didn't love it for my color treated hair. This sprays on light so it was kind of hard to hide the residue in my dark hair. I did think this product was effective at removing the oil and greasiness from my hair between washes. I would recommend this product to people with lighter hair.

I used to wash my very oily hair daily. However, since incorporating this dry shampoo into my routine, I can now go 2–3 days without washing. The key is applying it the night before (always tie up your hair with a scrunchie) , allowing the product to absorb oils overnight, resulting in fresher hair by morning.
