No user manual
My trimmer just arrived (and a day earlier than anticipated! Yay!) I was very surprised that it doesn't have a user manual! For example, it says there is an LED indicator but it doesn't say what it should do when fully charged. Mine has been plugged in for 5-6 hours now and is a flashing red...

Too Rough
Im sorry i bought this product. It is too rough for the area it was designed for. I ended up cutting myself and bleeding from it.
Perfect trimmer
This trimmer is perfect. Holds a charge for a long time. Lightweight and easy to use. I've had mine for about three years and it still works great. I purchased mine from the actual company.
Doesn't do anything except give razor burn
This is the worst trimmer I've ever used. It did nothing to trim my bikini area after multiple passes, even fully charged. I tried it a couple different times, weeks apart, once in the shower and once dry. All it did was irritate my skin and leave uncomfortable razor burn. I wish I could return it. Trimmers half the price do 1000x better job, save your money.
Awful
No matter what I try the blade grabs my skin and pinches and does not get a close shave. Huge waste of money.
cut myself twice in three months
i wanted to like this and bought this as a replacement for my meridian that died after a couple of years (maybe not as waterproof as it let on but that's besides the point). I never cut myself with the meridian but I have cut myself twice with this in the less than three months that I've owned it, enough to draw blood. this is not safe for me and I am not taking that chance with my body again.
