After priming your hair with Curlsmith Frizz Control Duo Conditioner, apply to wet hair. Rake through to ensure you are evenly coating all strands. How To Use
Step 1
Rub the product between your hands and apply on soaking wet hair with the “praying hands” method, smoothing from top to ends.
Step 2
Flip your head upside down and scrunch gently with upwards motions to encourage curls to spring back and form their pattern.
Step 3
Air dry or diffuse. Make sure you flip your head in all directions while drying to increase volume. Do not touch hair while drying.
Step 4
Once completely dry, scrunch again to 'break the cast' to leave your hair feeling super soft and bouncy.

Pleasantly surprised, possibly new go-to
I've been using the Shape Up Aqua gel by CS and it was a nice gell while I was fixing up some damage, but it never had quite the hold I was looking for. It works great for me
I was surprised to see such negative reviews for this. I cocktail this with the hydro jelly and my hair has very little frizz and great curl for up to 3 days (normally wash every other day). I don't think using it alone would do much, but with the hydro jelly, I literally don't prefer anything else. I have coarse, 3 a/b curls. I do add a small amount of the ouai frizz creme to touch it up in between washes also.

This only really gives my hair a good hold on day one, then my waves slowly loosen each day after. I'm hoping to have better luck with the Hydro style flexi jelly because I'm allergic to one ingredient in the Aqua gel. Our hair isn't really frizzy, we were truly persuaded by the scent. If you aren't worried about the hold longevity of your curls or waves, then this might be a good choice. We would probably keep buying this, if the hold lasted past day one.
BE WARNED
It does help with frizz. It also drys out your scalp, give you such severe dandruff you get checked for lice because it's so itchy. There you are told nope you have SEVERE dandruff ( which you have never had in your life.). Then you wash you hair and SOO much hair falls out your fiancée thinks you forgot to clean the drain for days ( you didn't it was ONE wash). You throw this product away and within two days you scalp is better and your hair is no longer falling out. Your hair will be much thinner but at least your not bald. BE WARNED. This was purchased through ulta so they can verify my purchase. ZERO STARS AND THEY ARE LUCKY THERE IS NOT A LAWSUIT.

I have coarse 2A hair didn't really help with the frizz even after applying moisturizing products like leave in conditioner, curl smith oil in cream, and argan oil.
Works Great on the 1st day
This product works great on the first application! my hair looks beautiful, healthy, moisturized, and my curls are very defined with a flexible hold. HOWEVER - towards the end of the day, it gets ungodly frizzy and brittle? I tried touching it up with a light leave in spray (water and the frizz rescue leave in coconditioner) and again, looks great upon application but ends up falling out and looking frizzy/dry by end of day. I really wanted to like this! If my hair looks how it did when I first apply it ALL DAY, it would be a 10/10.
