It's a good product- it works. I shaved eyebrows, sideburns and other facial hair with it and it did not hurt at all, nor did it "snag" or grab any hairs or anything. I dont need this often but between uses its already non functioning even with a battery replacement.

It definitely is a great nose hair trimmer. It gets every hair and isn't sharp enough to be harmful to skin. With that said, the dual sided razor is kinda useless. It does not work against course hair and even on light, baby hair it tends to only get 50%. Bottom line though, I've decided to keep it since it does not aggravte my sensitive skin.

Reading through these reviews...goodness. Obviously if you are going to put anything in your nose, especially a trimmer, you would use a little caution and be gentle. I had zero problems with this device and it does a nice job. I will say it's very loud but it did not hurt me and did the job. Also, the people that got the head stuck in the cap....it's not a screw on cap so don't twist just pull! That's probably what happened since you have to twist to switch heads. Again, if you have some common sense you'll love this tool! I recommend.
