It's a balm not a cleanser
There are differences between cleansers and balms. First off, balms are really needed to remove your daily makeup and dirt/sweat that may have really accumulated on your face during day. Balms are not splashed off with water to remove; you have to wipe a balm off because it's thicker and is removi...

Disappointed
I have and LOVE so many TRULY Beauty items from fragrances to bags to skincare... I really love the brand. With that said I was so stoked to finally get the Glass Skin Trio for my Face. I was extremely disappointed... the initial appearance of the "balm" was anything except a BALM! It was more like a Gel filled with oils! Against my better judgement, I used as directed and waited. I did use this for a few weeks to give my skin time to adjust and all I can say is TRULY.... DO BETTER! You represent a huge company designed to help women in achieving their skincare goals while allowing us to feel a bit of enjoyment with LUXE products.... however, in this case, more thought seems to have gone to the design of the packaging than the product itself. Dont waste your time or money on this product. I tried to salvage the remainder of mine on my feet and that didnt even do any good.
No
Does not clean, just leaves a waxy film that's hard to remove, but it makes a great hand and foot balm that I use at night if you are looking to repurpose it ;)
Sort of useless
This product did less than nothing - it actively makes taking off makeup and cleaning your face more difficult, with no discernible benefit to the skin.
Not Easy to Wash Off
After using this over the course of a year I learned that it requires a really strong cleanser afterwards. I would triple cleanse sometimes and the residue this product left would not come off. I've tried different cleansers afterwards and the CeraVe Foaming Cleanser worked the best for actually getting my face clean of this product. I did not like that residue and it made using this product way more annoying. It did take off my makeup, but made more of a mess to clean up afterwards.
What does this do?
This is not a cleansing balm. It does not take my makeup off no matter how much I use of it. Its terrible and I cant understand why its so expensive. It leaves my skin soft but i need to either follow it with a 2nd cleanaing balm or use it as a 2nd cleanse bc it does NOT remove makeup well. Save your money.
