Glow and soft.
The scent is soemwhat strong but the smell fades after a while compared to perfume. I like it its very light and gives a nice glow. I bought it knowing it is a natural brand. I eould recommend it to my family and friends.

This lotion (as well as the rest of the Glow Baby line) smells just like an Orange Julius, its great. However, it doesn't absorb as quickly into your skin. If I were to buy it, I'd wait till its on sale but not sure I'd love it enough to buy it at full price,

If you've read my other reviews, you know I'm a HUGE fan of Pacifica's skincare and makeup products, especially the Glow Baby line. The Glob Baby Vitamin C Brightening Lotion disappointed me, unfortunately. Why? Packaging and Product. First, the packaging. As a cruelty-free line, Pacifica needs to rethink using petroleum-based plastic, not only because plastic recycling is iffy at best, a farce at worst. More important, petroleum-based plastic manufacturing causes cancer and other chronic, debilitating illnesses for the people who live in the communities surrounding those factories. (50% cancer rates in those areas. This is well-documented.) Pacifica uses glass bottles and jars for so many of its lotions. Why not this one? Second, the product. On the plus side, it feels wonderful and makes my skin glow. But the fragrance is overpowering and reminds me of orange flavored children's acetaminophen. Not how I want to smell. I wonder why a brand that focuses so much on health and natural ingredients wouldn't use essential oils to scent the lotion naturally. Or perhaps, produce a fragrance-free lotion. Pacifica sent me a free full-sized sample of the Vitamin C Brightening Lotion. While the product does what it claims to do, I wouldn't purchase this again. Honestly, I forced myself to keep using it, so I could write a proper review.
