I TOTALLY LOVED my chubby stick shadow tint for eyes. 04 ample amber. I'm so bummed that it's discontinued. I'm 57 years old & have been wearing makeup for 40 years, and that was the very best eyeshadow I've ever worn! I'm scared to try this, because of all the bad reviews. I don't like dark colors. I like to use a light cream shimmer for the inner, and for outer I used the ample amber for my dark shade. What do you recommend? Can we not buy the chubby stick eyeshadow anywhere at all?!! Not a smart thing for Clinique to do. Obviously the people making these decisions & changes have never worn makeup before! I wear it everyday! It's useless if you only like the 1 color or you like the cream & not the dry eye shadow on the other end. What do you recommend for eyeshadow in a copper, shimmer color?

Doesn't make up for the chubbies
I've worn this for several days. I have to wear a primer underneath. With the primer, I get about 9 hours without fading and creasing. This won't be good for work because my total work plus commute time is 12 hours. I also don't see using the powder. It's awkward. Clinique already had a product like...

After you discontinued the wonderful cubby stick eye shadow, I was desperate to find a replacement. So far, I have tried the High Impact Shadow Play and I hate it. The powder goes everywhere when you are trying to apply it and the roll up shadow stick won't last 2 months. I also tried the 2 color powder compact in strawberry fudge. It's slightly better. Neither one will ever be as good as the cubby stick.
Not 100% sure how best to use it, but I like it okay
I wish I could have found someone to show me how best to use this, because I feel like I'm missing something. It's fine. Nothing more.

I like this eyeshadow as it comes with the darker tone and it´s easy to use and carry in your purse, instead of carrying a big eye pallet. The darker tone is somehow tricky to apply, but overall, I like it.
