Step 1: Scoop out a dime-sized amount of makeup melting balm with the included spatula and massage onto dry skin.
Step 2: Moisten fingertips and continue to massage into the skin using circular motions. For makeup removal, apply all over carefully ensuring eyes are closed and watch your makeup melt away!
Step 3: Rinse with water or remove with a warm damp cleansing cloth.

I love how this works! I grab some and rub it all over my face and you can feel how it's "melting" all the make up, and after that it's very easy to remove makeup!

LOVE this makeup remover and it is a permanent item in my bag. Great price, takes ALL of my makeup off in seconds and doesn't break out my skin.
Best Makeup Remover Ever
e.l.f. has done it yet again. This works way better than the Farmacy makeup removing balm and is less than half the price. I only need to wash my face once with this, whereas with the Farmacy balm, I have to do up to three rounds to fully remove all my makeup. My only wish is that it did not have fragrance. It smells nice, its just that my skin is sensitive and fragrance just seems unnecessary. I will be super excited if they ever make a fragrance free option. Regardless, it does not seem to irritate my skin.
I was looking for something to replace my usual balm
I usually use Clean It Zero but I was trying to find something with a better price point, and I love e.l.f. But I'm not sure if this works as well. I only need it for my mascara and I don't feel like it melted well enough. I was still rubbing a lot.
