Overpowering scent, why?
Cream had good hold for my curly, coarse frizzy hair, but my gosh, the scent was so strong, like I was wearing someone else's perfume on my head. I waited 24 hours of agony thinking it would dissipate, but no, I had to wash it out. It was horrible to be in a cloud of unwanted scent. The shampoo/co...

Superb but intense scent

This product left my hair feeling so silky but the scent was too much- like sugar candy perfume. If it had no scent or just an earthier scent I would be ecstatic. I had to return unfortunately- while I miss the results the scent was just too overpowering.

The shampoo/cond from the hydrate line doesn't have this problem. What a waste.
Smooth finish

Love how this styling lotion makes my hair feel. My hair is smooth, but not greasy. Plus it provides a light holds my curls in place. What I don't like as much is the scent, it's too strong and smells slightly like bug repellent.
Smells like insect repellent
The smell of this styling cream was bad, but I thought, maybe it will not smell so strongly in the morning (I wash my hair at night). I woke up, and the smell was worse and so terrible that I immediately tried to wash it out of my hair. It took three times shampooing to get that hideous stench off of my hair. I would never use this product again nor would I recommend it.
Great Refresh
The scent is vastly improved. Performance feels similar but I'm just loving the new fragrance!
