I Create Lift doesn't include the traditional ingredients that give thermal care, like other products such as Hair Love Prep Spray or Serenity Smoothing Cream. My Fellow Brunettes, Beware!
While there is plenty to like/love about this product: it volumizes, it's mildly scented, it's not sticky, etc. There is one thing that is the be all end all for me to just say no and return it… the white cast/residue it leaves on my brunette hair. Blondes may definitely have more fun with this one, but for me the search continues.
Works great for my refresh days
Would give it a five but this bottle leaks. And pump stops working well after half the bottle is gone. Innersense, please work on these issues. I can't even travel with this unless I tape around the inner edges and keep it upright.

Hair Type Wavy Hair
I have very fine wavy hair. This does indeed create lift. But I have used it twice now. The second time right after a cut and color (no bleaching). Usually, i can't trust how good a product works right after getting my hair done because my hair always looks great the first wash or two. But while I have a lot of lift and bounce, I have very little definition and my hair feels dry and is so fuzzy / frizzy. IT NEVER FEELS LIKE THIS IMMEDIATELY AFTER A HAIR APPOINTMENT, NEVER. Everything else in my routine was the same. So maybe if you have really oily fine hair, this could be good. But I just don't trust it long term if it can leave my hair feeling dry so fast after a hair appointment. I will accept a bit of fuzz for the sake of lift, but not at the sake of no definition.
