Doesn't work and horrible customer service
Couldn't get the ball to work, contacted Customer Service. They asked for pictures and LOT number - sent the same day. Then after 3 months - I contacted them again and they wanted me to send the product back to them for QA analysis. Too much work. Hopefully they read this and figure out what cus...

All the reviews describing how wonderful this scent is? 1000% true. This is one of my favorite fragrances of all time. It's great for any time of day and for any occasion, in my opinion. A little pricey, but worth it. However. All the reviews complaining about the rollerball being defective? 1000% true. I don't know why; I've never had an issue with rollerballs not working before. I've had to resort to using a thumbtack to wedge in between the rollerball and the little rubber part to try to get it to work, and that still doesn't fix it. The scent alone is worth 5 stars, but the rollerball issue truly is ridiculous. If you've got the money to spend on the spray version, do it and save yourself the frustration.
Wish it came in a travel spray!
I love this perfume, but hate the fact that its in a rollerball. I feel like it doesnt last as long or project as much as the spray, but I prefer travel size so I can reapply during the day. The only way you can do this is by buying a set, which is disappointing.
Tap the roller ball
This perfume smells amazing. After reading so many reviews about how the roller ball doesn't work, I was worried. When I received mine, my roller ball also didn't work so then I just started tapping it against my skin and it started coming out and then it started rolling.
Fragrance will not dispense
The rollerball does not function at all. Extremely disappointed in the packaging of this product. The perfume appears to smell ok, but you cannot dispense it from the roller.
Scent doesn't last more than 20 minutes
Smells good but literally 20 minutes later smells like nothing. Huge waste of money
