Prior to using the ORA LED Mask for the first time, please charge the device for several hours. Do not use the device while it is charging.
Before using the mask on your face, be sure to cleanse your face.
To the turn the device on, press the power button for 3 seconds until the device turns on.
Once the device is on, place the ORA Mask on your face for 15-20 minutes per treatment. You can do anywhere from 3-5 treatments per week.
To switch between different LED light modes, press the Power/Mode button once to change to another light mode.
The device is safe for use immediately after applying your skincare on your face (do not use Retinol or acids with the device) and the device may actually help enhance the effectiveness and benefits of the skincare you applied.

Has not worked for me
I purchased this product nine months ago and wanted to wait until I had used it for a while before giving a fair review. The mask I bought is still functioning well. It does need to be charged and has an automatic timer for shut-off. You can easily turn the mask back on if you want to extend the session or change the light color. My one-star rating is solely based on the lack of improvement to my skin. It has not reduced wrinkles and there has been no enhancement in skin texture, firmness, or tone.
shuts off after 10 minutes
exactly like the other reviews state, this shuts off after 10 minutes when the recommended time is 20 minutes. it's really frustrating and I wish I would have spent my money on a different device.
It's alright

The brightness or intensity will weaken and I know its time to recharge. It would have been nice to mayne charge this mask once a week but typically im charging it 2 or 3 times depending on if i do this nightly. I would have rather soent a bit more money on a product that will hold a longer charge.
Doesn't hold charge
I've had this less than a month, the first few uses it would turn off after 10 minutes, even though the recommended time to use it is 15-20 minutes. Seems like a really bad design of it cannot stay on for the time the maker recommends. After 3 weeks of using every couple days, it won't stay turned on for even 5 minutes. It's going back! Buyer beware, I read about the charging when I purchased and should have believed it and bought the better one first.
Excellent mask !!
This is 100% dupe of the DMH aesthetic the Kardashians use. I compared it to theirs with mine at my sisters house and this one's battery lasted longer! Same Colors same strength !!!! Don't think twice, worth every pennyb
