- Start with a clean, dry face. Put on mask and adjust straps for comfort.
- Turn on the mask by pressing and holding the remote's center dial.

- Clean the mask with a cloth slightly dampened with water.

Defective Mask
I was so excited to get this mask but after 1 minute I heard the fan kick off and then an F1 error message popped up. I tried troubleshooting myself but did not work. I called Shark and they said it would need to be returned and they would send a label to ship it. I had to call again because I never received the label and still haven't. Returning to Ulta.

I bought this mask when I first saw it on social media. It came and I was excited to use it, but on my first treatment I could sense one of the eye cooling pieces wasn't working. I had to call customer service, who were very nice, to trouble shoot and they determined that I needed to send mine back. I had to wait a week for email with information to send back and I continued to use it without the cooling setting. I swear my skin feels tighter after that 1 week. I am keeping my fingers crossed that when the new one comes in, I don't have anymore issues 🤞

I purchased this item earlier this week and light isn't working properly. Will be returning.
Jury still out . . . .
Just received this mask. I have tried the very expensive Artemis Mask (stopped working within 6 days and fought to return it) as well as the Avina Mask (which worked - but the charging cord stopped working within 2 weeks. They told me to keep the mask despite the fact that it doesn't work - which is interesting). The Avina Mask was working until the cord stopped working. I have high hopes for this Shark Product. Most individuals expect miracles, but those of us who have fought cystic acne (and the ensuring scars) find these masks as a potential skin saver. First comment out of the gate - the charging cord for this mask is 18". Yes - 18". I don't understand WHY a company designs that way when it would take $5 of extra cord to make it more convenient to charge on a bedside table, etc. This device will have to charge on my floor because I am not so wealthy that I have an electrical outlet in my bedside table. Plan to update in a few weeks.
It did nothing and is a waste of money
I tried this product for a couple months and there has been no difference, It has only wasted time and money, would not recommend.
