Create your look from fine to fierce with this long wear vegan liquid eyeliner. Shake before use to keep formula flowing. When applying, use light pressure for fine, exact lines (perfect for creating precise looks). Add more pressure to create a thicker, bold eyeliner look. Can be layered for bolder looks. Storage tip: Always store tip-down so the brush stays saturated.

Not super pigmented but great liner shape
I think this product isn't too rich in black pigment - it comes off a little transparent or almost like a grey. I still think it's a pretty color, but it wasn't a rich pigmented black for me. However, I really liked how precise the tip was! The shape came out so pretty.

barely pigmented; i applied like seven layers the first time I used it: the color took that many layers to read as black and not grey. does not wear well without a primer: smudges easily during application which can be a plus if you want a smoked out look. smudges easily during wear and does not l...

Safe to use… and lasts a whole hour
Dunno why ulta is deleting reviews and recommending products i've reviwed as one star lol. This liner sucks in every way; bleeds into ky eye cause its so watery, not pigmented, won't dtick even with primer. Garbage
yes it's watery but it's safe and easy to use
although it's watery it's one of the very few black eyeliners that doesn't contain anything toxic (such as black nano) so while i may have to touch up or seal it with black eyeshadow, it's super easy to use and precise. i love it! and yes i do the long thick wings, no baby wings lol
Safe for sensitive eyes!
This eyeliner isn't the most opaque black or the longest lasting, but it is one of the only liquid eyeliners that doesnt have phenoxyethanol. I have dry eye and phenoxyethanol makes my eyes burn, so I'm really happy to have discovered this even though i have to do touchups throughout the day. I thought I would have to give up on liquid liners before finding this!!

It's too thin of a liquid to draw a thick line. I'll try building thin lines..so far it looks like going over the lash line again removes the color closest to the lashes - not what I was going for All the other Pacifica products I have are fantastic, including the color changing blush

I really like the pen tip. Its super easy for a beginner. I also like the color,its a lightly pigmented smoky black. I'd also like this in deep black and a light smoky natural brown. A lot of brown liquid liners are so dark they look black. Need more colors. It lasts all day for me and washes off easily.
