Since SPF needs to be reapplied every 2 hours to maintain it's efficacy for the skin we believe that it should be a stand alone product that can be carried with you and reapplied often, as such we don't include it in our moisturizers so we can optimize ingredient efficiency.Was this answer helpful to you

Why is this moisturizer in a plastic container, but the other Peach & Lily moisturizers are in glass? I'm trying to get away from plastics and was disappointed when I picked up my order and got home to discover a plastic container.

We take our packaging materials seriously because we believe the planet deserves the best! 97% of our packaging is recyclable which includes our use of glass, paper, and post-consumer recycled materials so we can do our part for the planet and reduce the amount of plastic that ends up in the environment. We want to also note that carbon footprints matter to us as well. Glass is heavier and transporting glass from South Korea, where our products are made, takes more energy so it's not as linear as saying that glass packaging is always better. A Better Occlusive Than an Emoillient
I wanted to like this moisturizer a lot, as I like the Peach & Lily Brand in general because of their clean ingredients, avoidance of silicones and sustainable packaging. Howver, I found that this moisturizer when used alone did not quite cut it for me. I'm in the middle of upping my tret game, which means I'm also in the middle of the peeling and purging phase. So while my skin isn't super dry per se, it is still peeling quite a bit and requires a ton more moisture than general. This moisturizer sits on top and absorbs only a little. But definitely lasts as an occlusive agent (I can still feel it when I wash my face the next time). Sent is faint, almost waxy. A little goes a very long way however. I have the travel size pot and I will definitely be using it for a while. I didn't find that it made my purging worse, so it doesn't seem to break me out. I would recommend this moisturizer if you already use a light weight and absorbable moisturizer and want to layer a thicker, occlussive-leaning moisturizer on top.

This is my favorite moisturizer I've ever found. I have dry, red skin and this is the only moisturizer that helps both. It is thick, but not too thick. Definitely my favorite product from Peach & Lily.
Not for combo skin, better for dry
Received the glass skin travel kit for Christmas and just purchased a different peach and lily full sized moisturizer. What attracted me to this brand are the ingredients and reputation. This product was too heavy for my combo skin. Loved the consistency and smell, but unfortunately resulted in acne.
