I usually don't fall in love with a face wash
Normally, if it doesnt dry me out I'm happy. I have never been moved by a face wash until now.
Causes breakouts
I got a sample of this product with an order recently. I've used it two or three times and my breakout just gets worse each time. In the past I have tried this (or a similar Drunk Elephant cleanser) years ago with the same result. I had to check that it was actually a cleanser because it really just felt like cream melting into my skin. It smells nice but I can't continue using it. I'm 35, have very fair combination skin and minimal issues with breakouts when I use the right cleanser (Cetaphil, Origins).

I have tried every cleanser from Evan Healy, Mad Hippie, and Earth Harbor in a quest to find something with natural ingredients and no animal testing that doesn't dry out my now middle-aged skin or aggravate my middle-age rosacea. Nothing was gentle enough. This is. As soon as I tried it, my skin just relaxed. It cleans well, also. Even my husband is enthusiastic about it (and he never cares about skin care products, so that's a rave review). Love the light smell that dissipates quickly (reminds me of marshmallow).
