Pour the desired amount of wax beans into the silicone Melting Pot. Cover with lid. Plug in the heating plate and switch on. (a red light indicator will illuminate) Place silicone Melting Pot onto warming plate and allow wax to melt. If you wish to remove the silicone Melting Pot from the warming plate please use handles. Keep lid closed while not in use or during moving to avoid spilling. Melted consistency should resemble thick honey. Test a small patch on the wrist to ensure wax is not too hot.
Precautions:
Do not leave plugged in while unattended or not in use. Do not put machine in or near water, or any other form of liquid. Keep the surrounding area clean and dry during use. If the machine falls into water please turn off the power supply and then unplug the machine. Do not directly reach into water to prevent electric shock. Keep out of reach of children and/or pets. Do NOT directly come in contact with metal warming plate to avoid burn or injury. To reduce the risk of burn, electric shock, fire or injury, Do not operate the equipment under the following conditions:
A. If the power cord or plug is damaged
B. If the machine is damaged or drops into water
C. When the Melting Pot leaves the warming plate, please cover using the included lid to prevent accidental scalding or spilling.
D. When not in use, make sure to turn off the machine and unplug power cord.

No complaints really. BUT, I noticed it wasn't heating very fast. Turns out, I had it sitting upside down and could've burnt the house down. Lol. User error. Good for little wax sessions
Its better to only melt small amounts at a time so that its all consistent. Theres no temp control so you have to be mindful of the wax temp when applying cause it can get pretty hot. Besides that its really convenient for waxing at home and small enough to store anywhere
It's not the size of a crockpot
I love it, small, easy to use, set it, forget it, check to see it it melted the wax, remove from heat pad so it cools down a touch, apply wax. Let me tell you for some odd reason I thought I was going to receive something the size of a crock pot I was a little disappointed when I opened this nugget. Maybe it was the photo or the price but none the less its a nugget. And how much wax did I think I needed to use, I'm not Saquwach Big Foot. Its two separate pieces, with the heating base and melting pot. The melting pot is flexible silicon and come with a lid as shown.

It's insane that this doesnt have better ratings! I am a very hairy woman, and this is the best waxing kit/pot i've ever had. I use it for face, pits, belly, and any other place i see fit when it's on. For those of you saying you're getting burned, turn it off, let it cool for a good second, and then use. Stir your beads, test, and use! Whats even better is that when it cools, the wax on the sides can just be pushed away from the silicone bowl. Not gunking up on the sides like traditional microwave pots.
Compact Wax Warmer
This is such a great concept being that it's compact, collapsible and easy to clean but it gets way too hot, an adjustable temp knob would be great!
