Did nothing except pill
Did not see any calming effect, or anything other immediate skin benefit. Every time I used it in the morning, it pilled and I had to wash my face and start over with the morning routine. I will use it up at night, but will not be repurchasing.

A great product
I have been so happy with this cream. I get painful eczema breakouts on my face and this completely soothes the affected areas and keeps them from getting severe. I layer this over a light serum daily and this is the first product to really even out my complexion while not being too heavy and breaking me out. I've used this on my daughter and boyfriend for eczema, dry skin, itchy skin from allergen exposure and sun overexposure (not severe sunburn), and it has worked beautifully every time. I've found that it has had a filling effect on forehead lines and my pores are smaller too, which is great for a 34 year old who is getting some fine lines but still prone to breakouts. I have spent obscene amounts of money trying to find a product like this, so the fact that it is such a reasonable price makes me borderline emotional. I use kat von d good apple foundation for makeup days and I have been finding that I need very little to create flawless coverage in comparison to before using this cream. Being able to just exist with a normal complexion and not feel like I HAVE to have foundation on is something I haven't enjoyed in decades. Whatever this formulation is, it has been so healing and my skin loves it.

It has probably been over 5 years since I bought my first jar and I don't think I've gone without it since. I originally tried it hoping it would be a cheaper dupe for Protini, and IMO they are very close in texture, performance, and even some of the ingredients. This feels smooth and soothing on angry skin, it mixes well with oils if i want to amp it up, and it plays nicely under makeup. I love that I can get it in the larger size tube rather than the smaller, open pot. Simply, the best moisturizer I've ever tried.
I've used this for 5+ years
When this first came out it was in a tub years ago. I ise this mainly in the winter as a final layer over a thicker moisturizer. It leaves a very nice comfortable protective almost "film" over the skin that holds everythubg you just put on inside! I get a new tube of this every single winter be ause i cannot live without it. Korean creams are 1000x better than American ones. This will never pill on your skin no matter how much you leave on it. When i was in korea, i was told this is meant to he a protective barrier for the skin to prevent trans epidermal waterloss which happens ro most of is in the winter. I highly recomend it. Yes it can ve used alone but you get maximun benerits
