Use the nano glass foot file by gently moving the file back and forth along the sides, bottom and heels of your feet with hard skin and thick calluses. May be used dry or wet with soap and water. For best results apply moisturizer or lotion to keep your feet hydrated and soft.

best foot file around
I was skeptical but purchased it. It has surpassed my expectations. Easy to use, easy to clean and it works! As others have stated start with a light pressure, be careful not to do too much. I've found it works better for me dry than wet but it works both ways.
No regrets
This thing is awesome. It is durable, easy to clean, will last a long time, and is effective. I love my glass nail files so I gave this a shot and loved it. You don't need much pressure and it even filed down my boyfriends callus. It can be easy to get carried away and make yourself a little raw the first time you use it-so just a little bit of caution.
I'm impressed
I was about to schedule a pedicure but then I bought this. I am impressed with how easily this took off dead skin. It works really well
Wish I bought it sooner
So Ive been a pumice stone girly for a long time, but replacing them regularly geels wasteful. This is so sharp (in a good way) that you dont need to use much pressure at all. So I already love that. It gets so much dead skin off for so little effort. I find that it works better if you use it wet. I cant say anything about how ling it lasts as Ive only had it a few weeks but ive used it several times and it is in the same condition as it was prior to first use.
Baby Soft Feet
This glass foot file has transformed my feet! Ive used this on my toes, heels and top of my foot, or anywhere i have dry rough skin and the difference is life changing. I no longer have rough dry feet. My feet are soooo soft!
