Product: Amazing Packaging: Awful
I just got this product and I LOVE how it feels as an overnight product. I live in an area with cold, dry air in the winter that leaves my lips chapped every morning and this helps them feel soft right when I wake up. The packaging on the other hand….whoever designed it has no idea what they're doing and whoever approved it should be fired. The packaging is not user friendly and it took me almost 5 minutes to actually get the container open the first time. That definitely needs to be changed.

great product but packaging is an issue!
I LOVE this product, its thick and creamy and gives instant results. but the PACKAGING- its a problem. The capsule cant close all the way and cracks easily. still would recommend!

The only con is the bottle it's pretty difficult to open or close it when you have wet hands or the product its self on Your fingers

It's very sticky and waxy. Does not feel hydrating; it just sits heavily on my lips. Ick!
