Why does it leak color brand new?
Received this product from Influenster and Beautyblender free to try. Prior to first use I ran my blender under water and noticed pigment coming out and grabbed a cup. Pink Dye Bleeds!!
I don't understand why this sponge is so popular. It's very porous and wastes makup. The first time I washed it, pink dye from the sponge bled into the sink. There are plenty of less expensive beauty sponges that perform much better. This one is not worth the money.

Be careful the bright pink color transfers when washed with their soap cleaner bar under water, when squeezed the pink color comes off. Why are all the sponges brightly colored?! Please bring back the original non, nude color sponge.
