Usually a good brand, I saw the pretty pink color and needed a new brush. Uh...NO! I have medium shoulder length blonde hair, thick, and wavy. This brush would NOT hold my hair. So I'm not sure how this got high ratings, the bristles have ridges and hair actually sticks to it, which doesn't allow it to pass through easily while blowing it out. Maybe it works better for a coarser hair but yowza, it is terrible. The bristles are flexible, it's just the texture of the bristles that are the problem, I tried and tried.....nope, I prefer my hair not to break off. It's going right back to ulta.
