Prepare for your treatment by soaking feet in warm still water for 5-10 minutes. Next, open the foot mask socks by separating the outer layer from the inner cotton layer. Pour the activating essence into one of the foot mask socks and evenly distribute along the inside of the cotton lining. Place your foot inside the sock and seal with attached closure. Repeat for the other foot. Wear for 60 minutes (or up to 90 minutes if greater exfoliation is desired). Remove socks and discard. Thoroughly rinse and dry feet.
Progressive peeling action will commence in approximately 3-7 days. (Extremely calloused feet may take longer.
Use PoshPeel Pedi Cure once every 60-90 days, or as needed.
Precautions: Use only as directed. If irritation occurs, stop use and rinse thoroughly with water. if irritation persists, discontinue use and consult a physician. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children. For your safety, it is recommended to stay seated during treatment. Avoid using on injured, irritated or sunburned skin. If you are diabetic, pregnant or nursing, or have sensitive skin consult with your physician before use. Avoid use of abrasive tools or soaking salts during the peeling process. it is recommended that prior to exposure to the sun, users cover areas where AHAs have been applied with sunscreen. contact of the product with the skin must be limited frequency or duration.

BEST FOOT PEEL
If you've ever gotten a face chemical peel, then this product works very similar for your feet. Results do NOT show immediately after using a chemical appeal treatment. Results show after about 2 to 3 weeks, after peeling occurs. The ingredients are very strong acids, so it is implied that it will be/smell strong, but once all the dead skin has peeled off, my feet felt incredibly soft, that no other callous scrubber or exfoliant has compared. I highly recommend this product, but sensitive skin people, be careful! I would say use this product no less than two weeks before a special event, unless you're okay showing flakey feet.

It does work...eventually...
I am revising my previous review. For my first review, I stated that a week after I tried this product that I didn't get the expected results and that the solution even irritated the tops of my feet. Well...during the next day or two after my review was posted, my feet started to peel and continued to do so for another week! So it does work but I had to wait longer to see results than what it said in the manual (my results occurred about 8-10 days after application). I would recommend drying your heels thoroughly after every shower to help the peeling process along. Now my heels are much softer!
This product did not work!
Please do yourself a favor and do not waste your money buying this product! I followed the directions but absolutely no peeling occurred over the next six days! Also, while taking a shower after using this product, the warm water hitting the tops of my feet hurt because the solution gave me a mild chemical burn! Again, please do not buy this foot mask!

I tried the Posh peel pedicure and wow, what an amazing difference! I get regular pedicures at the nail salon and also perform pedi's at home but I have not had results like I did with the posh peel pedicure. For the first week or so after using the posh peel I didn't really notice any difference. But after about a week I woke up one morning and my feet were peeling like crazy. It took about a week for all the peeling skin to finally slough off and I did warm foot soaks at night to help the loose skin fall away. The result was that my feet were like baby new. I did not realize how much dead skin I had on my feet. Definitely going to make this product a regular part of my pedi routine.
