OPI ProSpa Nail & Cuticle Oil

My opinion is solar oil is a necessity to long beautiful nails. I use over nail polish also Make sure to put under your nails also for best results.

The oil itself works well enough for what it is, but the cap is absolutely awful. Because of the runny consistency of this oil and the way it is applied it does end up getting your fingers somewhat oily and slippery (beyond just the nails and cuticles). This wouldn't be a horrible dealbreaker, except for the fact that obviously the cap and the bottle itself then get oily and become difficult to hold or get a good grip on to tighten the cap. Even after wiping the bottle with a paper towel in order to fully tighten the cap it does not stay on AT ALL. I'm trying to get my nails/cuticles healthy again so I like to be able to put nail oil on periodically throughout the day (after washing my hands etc.) but this is NOT an oil that can be taken anywhere. I put it in the pocket of a jacket (shame on me I suppose) just for the drive to work, and the cap came loose and oil stained the pocket. That's my own mistake for not having it in a bag I suppose, I'll take the blame for that since I usually do take that precaution and didn't this time. But since then I've kept it in a ziplock bag in my purse and thank God I do because it wasn't a fluke. This oil always ALWAYS spills. Everytime I take the ziplock bag out of my purse it's an oily mess. Mind you I have kept several different nail polishes, top coats, nail glue, other screw top liquid cosmetics of various kinds, even a different brand of oil in my purse (inside of ziplock bags just in case of course) and the only cosmetic incident I've ever had before has been the cap coming off a lipstick (which obviously isn't a screw top in the first place). Never had a polish or nail glue spill, but this oil has spilled in the ziplock SEVERAL times no matter how much I try to keep the lid as tight as possible it constantly come off. Unless you plan to keep this oil upright on a shelf at all times and use it once a day this is not the product for you. And even then, as I said the oil itself works fine for what it is, but there are other equally good or better nail oils out there that are far less hassle for results that are nowhere near as messy -- and have caps that STAY CLOSED,

After many years of my nails peeling, and being brittle, I started to give this a try. I leave it on the bathroom counter to remind myself to apply daily. I put it on multiple times a day without fail. I applied it to the whole nail, as well as the cuticle. You slowly see a change, the peeling stopped in the first month, and now maybe 5-6 months later I have long nails, for the first times YEARS! I plan to keep using this daily so they stay healthy.

Within a week, I've already seen improvement!

Great product & when used twice daily I saw a noticeable difference in nail peeling and breakage in just 1 week.
