Starter brush
I purchased this brush for my puppy after we adopted her at about 6 months old. She's a little terrier mix with scruffy fur and light shedding. When we first brought her home she was nervous of being brushed and her hair was pretty thin. I didn't want anything too harsh for her bony little body and this brush worked perfectly. It was nice and gentle and I didnt have to worry about it pulling her hair too hard or hurting her little elbows and ribs. We did need to purchase a comb soon after because this brush can't get the tangles out of her scruffy eyebrows and beard. Now that she's older and has filled out some more this brush doesnt quite cut it on its own, and I'm looking at getting the detangling brush instead. I dont regret this purchase at all since it was absolutely perfect for our needs at first - but if you don't need a super gentle brush I would recommend another brush instead.
