I received a free sample of this after placing an order for another Beekman product. Is it suppose to be like a hard, candle wax consistency? The travel size container it came in was less than half full, and it definitely wasn't a whipped cream.

How can this be clean, when it contains phenoxyethanol?

This is a widely used gentle, non-irritating preservative and is often used as it is not a natural formaldehyde-releaser. Phenoxyethanol is also low on the EWG rating scale and considered safe to use in skin care under 1% (and we use far less than that).Was this answer helpful to you

Eh it's alright wouldn't buy again
It's a very lightweight moisturizer which is nice. It has a glue smell to it but goes away after 20 minutes. After about 4 or 5 hours it smells like old milk like and old cloth with old dried milk or something I don't like how the smell wears later. I have KP and bought it in hopes it would help but...

A Miracle for Sensitive Skin
My hands have always been sensitive to the point that all my life I've only ever been able to use Lubriderm Sensitive skin and since that has been discontinued I've struggled for 3 years to find a replacement. This is the first product that has not caused painful sores and peeling on my hands. It has worked wonders for my eczema and keeps my skin hydrated. For me this is a miracle because I really couldn't find anything that worked. It isn't cheap and I do wish they had a larger jar but a little goes a long way and my skin is soft, hydrated, and healing. If you're in a similar desperate boat as I had been I would highly recommend trying this product. There is a slight milky smell but it doesn't linger long and if it's truly not your jam but you like the results they do have scented options; I just haven't been brave enough to try those just yet.
best moisturizer for my entire body
I have eczema and plaque psoriasis - finding a full body lotion that doesn't make my skin conditions worse or trigger them has been difficult especially on my elbows, thighs and legs. I've finally found a lotion that I use on my body every day and no issues! My skin feels hydrated without feeling heavier (like with more thick moisturizers).

I'm in love with this brand! I've been looking for a brand that hydrates the skin yet doesn't feel greasy nor make me sweat and I have finally found it! So light yet mosturizing and it really does last on my skin until I take shower. Ive been getting super dry skin because of the cold weather and this has truly helped my skin.

This is the best body cream I have tried. There is no fragrance but it does have a bit of a goat milk smell that fades. My body has never felt so soft.
