Use once per day, either morning or evening.
After cleansing and toning, place 3/4 drops in your palm.
Apply to face and neck using finger tips, avoiding the eye and lip area.
Follow with Radiance+ Vitamin C Daily Brightening Moisturizer.
Precautions: May cause a tingling sensation. Do not apply to irritated or broken skin. Avoid contact with the eyes. If product gets into the eyes rinse well with water immediately. If this becomes uncomfortable or irritation occurs, wash off your skin thoroughly and discontinue use. This is not a food. Keep out of reach of children. Keep product in a cool dry place and avoid direct sunlight. Perform a patch test before first use: apply a small quantity of product onto clean skin on the upper forearm, test for 24 hours prior to use, if you develop any uncomfortable irritation during or after the test, rinse off and do not use the product.

Great Vitamin C Serum!
I have tried several Vitamin C serums, & I really enjoy this one from NO.7. I haven't gotten breakouts, see brightening of my skin, & have such a suppleness to the texture of my skin. I recommend washing face & neck with a mild liquid or cream cleanser, toning the skin, & then after applying eye cream, adding the Vitamin C serum! Perfect for hyperpigmentation & uneven skin tone. Keep trying until you find your perfect day & night-time skin routine.

The worst
This says it's 15%. No results. I respond INSTANTLY to Vitamin C. My skin always glows w. it. My Vitamin C was discontinued and I am still searching for a strong one. They use some WEAK strange form of vitamin C that equivalent to crap. DO NOT BUY.
Love this vitamin c serum
I have purchased this product several times over the past 15 months or so. It seems like it has made a difference in my skin. A couple of years back during my yearly skin examination the Physicans Assistant at the dermatologist office said my skin would benefit from using retinol at night and vitamin c in the morning. I purchased an expensive brand there,it was maybe $115. That's not in my budget for buying often,but No.7 vitamin c serum is- I honestly cannot tell the difference between the two products. My 79 year old mother is also using it now and loves it also.
