pleasant to use but doesn't do anything
this is a thick cream that when spread it feels nice under the eyes, and it has a metal tip which can be refreshing, but i am maybe one or two days from finishing my first purchase of this (will have to try really hard to squeeze the last drops at this point), and i haven't particularly noticed anyt...

I wanted to love it but was disappointed
I was excited to try out this product given it has so many good reviews, but was disappointed after I found out it pills very badly under makeup! I will say the metal applicator feels nice and cooling, and does help a bit with puffiness but I had to return it b/c it made my makeup separate and pill. Not really impressed by the quality of this eye cream, even on my no makeup days I didn't notice much difference in my dark circles or puffiness.
Best applicator
Best product feels as luxurious as some of the most expensive eye creams I've used in the past. I love the applicator and the fact that it's metal really helps with swelling. The cream itself is not too thick or thin. For reference, I am a 30 something year-old chocolate queen, who is combo oily and acne prone (but dry under eyes!).
Working it's magic
This product shows you results in just about a week, it's unique cool wand pressed again your skin to apply is cool! Pat any left...works well under makeup!
Not horrible, but definitely not good
The applicator and price points are the only good thing about this. I've been using this for months, as finding a good affordable night time eye cream is hard to find. I often wake up with irritated and dry under eyes. The thick texture is misleading. Even though it initially feels like a thick, rejuvenating eye cream, it does nothing. The metal applicator is great tho.

this product is amazing!! the metal applicator adds a nice cooling effect and helps reduce my puffing. you do need to give it a good rub in, not tap, in order to get good application. i do gentle circles around my eyes to help with circulation and ensure its rubbed in
