good smell but no lift

this product sprays in a large amounts instead of a mist and spraying it in my hair left it crunchy and very oily, I have multi textured hair with curls and waves but this weighed everything down like large amounts of gel. I wish it was like a mist so there wouldn't be that much product going in one area and weighing down my hair.
Good root boost

So this one needs a learning curve. I have fine , wavy hair and it did give me some great root boost. Thus the 5 stars. The learning curve is amount to use. I watched the curlsmith video and I don't have the same hair as the woman showing us. I used the same amoun, and my hair felt wet for way too long. I just used too much. I will use less and I am sure it will be great. The boost is fantastic!

Overpowering smell
It smells like a combination of artificial watermelon and peach, powdered sugar, and a dash of baby powder. The smell is strong, and it holds on. Soap couldn't get it off my hands. Shampoo couldn't get it out of my hair. I had to clarify to get rid of it. If you have asthma steer clear of this one. I tried to tough it out and barely managed to wash it out before the smell caused an asthma attack. I wasn't able to leave it in long enough to see if it worked, but it probably does. I've liked other CurlSmith products. No shade to those who may have found the scent pleasant. Powdery sweet smells are not my thing.
Amazing!
I love this product. I dont like tbe soray but i spart this on my hands and smooth theough root to tip and my waves and curls are instantly voluminous and defined. I pair this with the volumizing mousse in this line and it is chefs kiss. On day 4 i barely have to touch up be ause these products keep my waves and curls defined and nourished. The hold is perfect
