Open the curler and position it at the base of your upper lashes. Gently squeeze the handles of the curler together and hold for several seconds. Crunch then gone
daughter took curler right out of package, went to curl and heard "crunch like cutting sound" she thought it was the rubber guide setting in NEXT thing you know she 😱 screams.MOM my lashes are gone. I looked! literally the curler cut her lashes off. Be weary and take ⚠️ caution- I've never seen that happen!but it did. We have pictures to show the damage but can't fix her emotional state! trauma by curl!
Doesn't curl your lashes and rips them instead.
I had this curler for months now and tried to return it in the first two weeks because it didn't curl my long flat lashes but couldn't because I didn't have the packing anymore. I continued using it and told myself maybe I'm just curling my lashes wrong since it's a new curler from a new brand….nope….This curler RIPPED out both of my eyes' lashes in the span of 4 months. This is the worst curler i've ever used. I have never ever ever EVER had this problem and it's quite humbling to have bald spots on your eyelids from a $$ cheap curler from Ulta. The reason I put the "Dollar Tree" in my title is because I bought a Dollar Tree eyelash curler (before i started using this Ulta curler) and it worked so so so much better than this cheap curler. I only bought this Ulta curler because the Dollar Tree curler is not shaped for my almond eyes and I wanted more surface area…wish I didn't. I'm not sure how to submit photos on this app to show my bald eyelids where my eyelashes were ripped from but yeah…dont buy this curler.

Great eyelash curler for my eye shape
I was looking for the Ulta japanese eyelash curler and I think it has been discontinued! I tried this and it works way better! My eyelashes look super lifted (after mascara application and the mascara has dried). Highly recommend! It's my new go to.

I had been using the same old curler for years. I had forgotten how they're supposed to really work. Comfortable and sturdy. Great results
