I've been using Dime Gentle Jelly Cleanser with their TBT Serum and their Dewey Day Cream during the day and Restorative Night Cream at night but my skin is still dry due to medication I take and the dry Utah climate. I'm new to skincare. Can I add this to my routine? If so when would I do it? After the creams? Should I not use it with Dime products?

It's been a few years since I tried a product that is truly transformative - most will make a slight difference but nothing dramatic. (I use a serum and two moisturizers every time I wash my face, as well as exfoliators and masks, so I'm not new to products.) This is different - it's made a BIG diff...
