Nearly perfect
I love this in theory so please keep making it but… it took me about 20 minutes to actually open the nozzle because some of the pump pieces were stuck together. I had to get a screwdriver involved. And the pump isn't even that good. Then there was the smell… it's fragrance-free and I love that, and ...

I love this in theory so please keep making it but… it took me about 20 minutes to actually open the nozzle because some of the pump pieces were stuck together. I had to get a screwdriver involved. And the pump isn't even that good. Then there was the smell… it's fragrance-free and I love that, and I always expect some kind of vaguely chemical scent with fragrance-free products, but this smelled like straight up boxed hair dye. Like the kind of fume that gets in your eyes and nose. Did I just get a bad bottle?? My skin isn't reacting badly to it or anything. I really want this to work, like I'm actually going to keep using it, but it's kind of awful.

Absolutely love this soap! I have sensitive, reactive skin and the Byoma Sensitive Skin Soap has been a game-changer. It's super gentle, non-drying, and leaves my skin feeling clean but never stripped. No irritation, no weird residue—just soft, happy skin. Definitely a new staple in my routine.

Definitely a great product for sensitive skin
I chose this product for my daughter she has very sensitive skin and I'm always trying to find a perfect soap for her but every soap I find she breaks out but not with this soap it's amazing and leaves her skin smooth.
Nice smell and hydrating feel
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Convenient shapped bottle helps it fit easily on a shower shelf or rack. Light smell with an almost lotion texture, light suds, but left my skin feeling soft and hydrated.
