Does this cleanser work like a precleanse? Can i put this on my skin without taking off my makeup first and it'll take off my foundation mascara and lipstick?

You can teach an old dog new cleansers!
I want to preface this review by saying that I'm nearly 42 years old, and it's only in the past couple of years that I felt like I didn't have the skin of a teenager. My skin is very oily, and until I finally figured out a routine that would work, was very prone to breakouts. With that being said,...

Awful
I kept hearing great things about micellar water cleansers, and I'm always looking for simple and non drying ways to remove makeup and wash my face. I'm sorry but this was terrible. I very rarely wear mascara, which there is no WAY this would remove it if I did, this couldn't even remove eyeshadow...

simple, effective, non drying
i hate using cotton pads to remove make up (im lazy + its wasteful) so i wanted a simple cleanser i could use in the shower. i dont like cleansing balms (i feel like i can never wash them off) and most foaming washes are way too drying. this is PERFECT. it doesnt strip my skin whatsoever and it removes all my make up. it even washes away my very oily heroine make mascara remover (iykyk). 10/10 reccomend.
Good for every day
I have acne prone skin and was just looking into a face wash that could remove sunscreen and light make up which this does do the job. Oil cleansing breaks me up but micellar water doesn't so I figured I'd try the cleanser. I'm pretty happy with it.
New fav for acne-prone, combo-oily skin
Bought this on a whim because ive had such success with the micellar water from Garnier. So glad I gave it a try! I add a small pump to a damp washcloth and massage it around my face to remove makeup and greasy grossness, then wipe again with the clean side of the damp cloth. I've noticed decreased breakouts and blackheads since using. Only downside I've found is that it does sting a bit if you get it in your eyes… Big deal.
Best for removing makeup
This is my go to for washing my makeup off at night. It's very gentle and thicker than just miceller water and takes off every trace of makeup gently. I have only been able to find if at ULTA.
