Smooth , creamy and light to use. This formula smells and feels amazing when being put on. There is a slight tingling sensation to indicate the "plumping" effect. Love it!
It's very easy to put on. Provides consistent application from start to finish and does not get thicker or thinner as you apply. I like that it's soft but not too soft that it feels like it won't stay on.
Good and bad
I felt the plumping for sure but the color is not a true brown more reddish than a true brown
Better than Too Faced dupe
I got this as a gift w/ purchase. I was impressed with the feel and the color. I got Westwood and it was perfect for my cool to neutral light brown skin. It also glides on so smoothly with good color payoff. I have a gorgeous color from Too Faced that I like but it's super spicy on my lips. This CP one is more of a cooling sensation that feels good vs like I ate something too hot.
A Great Lipliner for the Price
I really, really, like the ColourPop So Juicy Plumping Lip Liner! The color payoff is rich and gives my lips a great definition. The formula is creamy enough to glide on smoothly but not overly soft to the point where it breaks—just the right balance. I also appreciate the slight minty tingle; it's refreshing without being overpowering. Unlike some plumping formulas, this one isn't drying and doesn't tug at my lips, making it comfortable for all-day wear. Plus, it's super easy to reapply, which is always a bonus. If you're looking for a lip liner that defines, plumps and feels amazing, this one is a nice one for the price!
