I was so excited to receive this liner, but unfortunately it ended up being a bust. It flakes terribly after it FINALLY dries. Took 4-5 coats to get an even coverage & it feels 'heavy' on the eyelids.
Absolutely Stays All Day
I bought this eyeliner in Mermaid. It was recommended by a Ulta staff member. It is a gorgeous blue / green shade and stays put until I remove it! (Comes off easily with makeup remover.)

beautiful color, stays on but the applicator is bad it's too hard and it doesn't lay the product in a smooth line it makes it clumpy and a bare space in the middle if that makes sense. would be perfect with a better brush.
