I have no idea how this product got such good reviews--Now don't start hating me for this?! I used this product EXACTLY as instructed on the bottle, and it made my hair sticky, heavy, nasty-feeling, and hard to comb. Hair Type Straight Hair
I bought an expensive volumizer mousse that left my hair slippery & it didn't have enough volume. It needed more hold. I added a couple sprays of Blowout in strategic spots AFTER the mousse. WORKED! Use it to supplement your products for hold
Blowout is FANTASTIC
I absolutely LOVE blowout!! It gives me a salon worthy blowout with an all in one brush dryer - that smooth, shiny, no frizz look - and it LASTS for days with a great shape. It really speeds up drying time. I am NOT a good blow dryer but with this product it's like I am a professional! My trick is I rough dry it a little on low or in one of the dry-fast towels, then spray it on only to the part I am drying, not all at once. Also, spray it on LAST. If you put it on before your other product, it just gets gummy. It should be the last thing you spray on.
Made hair sticky and smelly
I didnt like this at all. It made my hair sticky and smelly. Not a good smell. I will be returning this unfortunately - its not softening at all
Too sticky
I had high hopes for this product based on how well other LP products work for me, but this was a hard no. It is SO sticky, I couldn't run my fingers through my damp hair after applying this. I blow dried with a brush, it didn't cut down drying time at all, if anything it took longer because the brush was not moving through the hair smoothly. My hair was sticky even after drying and I kept feeling little tangles throughout. I straight ironed after and it didn't improve things at all, whereas normally straight ironing my hair makes it silky smooth. Applying the LP vanishing oil helped soften the texture a bit, but tbh I can't wait to wash this stuff out.
I would love to receive this product again

The living proof blow out heat protection works amazing. Before the product i wasn't able to keep my hair from getting damaged or 100 precent straight. I have been using the product for a little under two weeks now and i love it. My hair is silky and has a lot of body. I have recommended the product to a few friends and hairdresser who love it as well. The product was gifted by living proof.
