Amazing effect
Perfect
No Smudging. Lasts All Day without flaking. Washes off when I want it to. I have issues with mascara smudging under my eyes, even when the product claims its no smudge. This mascara DOES NOT SMUDGE! I even rubbed my eye forgetting I had mascara on, and it didn't smudge. It washes off when I wash my face, which is a huge plus.
