HOW TO APPLY:
Dispense Tinted Moisturizer on the back of your hand and use it as a palette.
Picking up a small amount from back of the hand, apply with fingers, smoothing over face in a downward motion to ensure facial hairs lay flat.
Laura recommends starting at the outer portion of the face and working inwards toward the nose, avoiding excess application around the contours of the face.
Pat on additional product to build coverage where needed.
Laura's finishing touch, inspired by a Parisian facial technique, is to smooth the remaining product under the jawline, neck, and chin.
PRO TIPS:
To build more coverage, pick up product on the back of hand using a foundation brush and work Tinted Moisturizer into the bristles on a clean area on back of the hand. Stipple onto any areas that need additional coverage.
If a fuller coverage is desired, mix a few drops of foundation into Tinted Moisturizer to get more pigment.

Shades need work, not long lasting matte
Compared to other options on the market, this is a decent tinted sunscreen/moisturizer for oily skin. It is smoothing and can be built to medium coverage. The finish is satin matte rather than full matte. There is no strong fragrance (but a very faint funky smell from the ingredients). I have to use a mattifying primer and a setting powder (I use the LM original loose powder) if I want it to be matte all day. My main issue comes with the shade range. I'm on the lighter side of medium and I don't have a shade here. The 3 range is too dark and the 2 range is too light. The 3 range is medium-tan. It is not light-medium as described. I also don't like that I can't just blend this on with fingers and go on about my day. It gets greasy fast without both a primer and powder. You also can't rely on this for the sun protection as you'd never be able to put on the correct amount to get the stated spf. You need to use a dedicated spf. I was just using it to even out my face for school drop off so a little spf is better than no spf in my case. I'd rather just use something else.
New formula not for me
Ugh, I am so sad to write this bad review, but hopefully this saves someone else. I was frantic buying a replacement of my beloved skin tint before going out of town only to find out the hard way, the formula had been changed. I wanted to love it, but my skin just does not.
They ruined it :(
This product has been my HG for years! They have been out of stock for so long and I was worried it had been discontinued. I was super happy to see it pop back up, but to my disappointment it has been completely reformulated. Its much more matte than the old oil-free version, and it sits on top of my skin rather than meshing and blending in. I'm so, so bummed. Unfortunately, I will be returning this one.

Oily skin ladies, look no further. I swear my face produces more oil than the Middle East and this has changed my life! It goes on so smoothly and it has become my go-to every day! Products like concealer, bronzer, and blush sit on top of it great too. I basically use it as a daily foundation with the added bonus of SPF protection with Zinc Dioxide! And no white cast for me!
I love this
This product is so so good. Its not a flat chalky matte. Its actually hydrating but settles to a matte finish just like it says. I have combo skin and this sits on it perfectly. It hasn't emphasized dry patches, it blurs my poors, and it doesnt feel drying. It also has great wear time. This will he perfect in summer.
