I was looking for a hydrating shampoo that wouldn't weight down my fine hair. I loved how this shampoo smelled. Fresh and clean. But it left my short-ish hair with no movement. My hair felt like it was a cap on my head.
Surprisingly good!
I was looking for something like this (based on product description) but hesitant to buy because of the negative reviews. I decided to try and noticed the difference after one use. Minimal hair loss/shedding (compared to Biolage 🤯) and my hair detangled quicker than usual. I used a flat iron after my hair completely dried and noticed my hair was shinier and smoother.

Does not compare to the original Glossing Shampoo by Fekkai

Soooooo dissapointed in the new formulas!!! The old glossing shampoo would detangle my hair in the shower and leave my hair shiny and smooth after blow drying. I have been using the Frederick Fekkai Glossing Formula with Olive Oil for 20 years. But then I found out that it was discontinued for this new formula so I decided to try it. This new formula did not live up to the original. My hair was tangled and dry with no shine! Please, please, please bring back the original formula!!!!

I hope I can help someone by sharing this. I succeeded in achieving about 75% the results of the original brilliant glossing shampoo and conditioner formula of 2018 and prior. First I used the Fekkai applecider detox scrub then gloss shampoo then Muk 1 minute treatment (conditioner). I will use this technique until Fekkai wise up and give us back our beloved original formulas of glossing shampoo, conditioner and creme. Thanks
