Good enough for me

Product works for me! I cut my kids' hair and my own hair (I have naturally curly hair, so it's not an issue if it isn't perfectly straight). They cut well - not my most favorite pair owned, but they worked well enough for me.

Because Ulta likes to change my 1 star reviews to 3 stars, I must state in the headline and comment that I'm only giving 1 star. Work great for trimming my ends at home

Submitted 4 months ago

I'm by no means a professional, so I don't really know what good quality hair scissors are supposed to be like… but these work much better than my Ninja kitchen scissors lol. They're very sharp and easy to use. If you like to trim your ends at home, I recommend these.

These scissors are good! The point is nice, they are very sharp! The length is good and they are comfortable in your hand. My only regret is not purchasing the thinning shears when those were available! If these come back in stock, I highly recommend grabbing a pair!

Because Ulta likes to change my 1 star reviews to 3 stars, I must state in the headline and comment that I'm only giving 1 star. I bought this exact model of scissors 6 years ago from Ulta in 2016 and they were great. They're still great because I only use them to do a full trim every 3-4 months and for cutting out single strand knots in-between the trims. I decided to get another pair from the same Ulta and they are horrific. Too rough. Too dull. Too much drag. I'm not sure if the quality used to be good but went down, was always bad and I just got lucky the first go around, if they're typically good quality but I got unlucky this time, or if they're just inconsistent and what you get is a complete crapshoot. They will be returned whenever I get around to it.

Worked for my needs

Got these to trim my own bangs. They work just fine for me. I'm not a professional so I based my 5 star rating on my needs. They might get used once a month.

Not Great

I should of known these wouldn't be good, when my mom got the same pair at a drug store for the cat. They are really dull and kind of hard to get a good, clean snip. I would not buy again.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
