Features
- Bold pigment and a unique formula-release system help you trace an even line on lids from fine to thick with lasting wear. Plus, hold on tight with the built-in anti-slip grip for the most accurate application.
Draw a line, following your natural lash line, starting from the inner corner of the eye and working outwards. For a winged eyeliner, look, continue the line outwards past the outer edge of the eye on an upward angle. For best performance, apply before eyeshadow on eyelids to avoid powder product mixing with the applicator tip. If the tip comes into contact with powders, clean it by wiping it on a tissue.

Lasts a very long time
I line my upper waterline into my lashes and this is the only eyeliner that is not waterproof that stays on. It doesnt smudge, or irritate. It removes easily with just my face wash. I received this along other products as a gift from Ulta when I purchased a certain amount, so i didnt pay attention what brand this eyeliner was. I didnt realize as i was using it that the names came off and it was just a black pen. I searched everywhere on the web and in store, thats how much i liked it especially after buying expensive and non expensive liquid eyeliner, i finally found it!
