Not Hydrating
As soon as I put this on, all i could smell was alcohol. The second ingredient is denatured alcohol! It's drying out the top layer of skin & the cuticles.
Chronic Nail Biter Finally Getting Cuticles Back
Ive been trying to kick my habit of nail biting and cuticle picking, and my cuticles just would not come back, and when they did, they were split and jagged. After using this for twice a day for just 3 days, im happy to report that they are growing in normally! I didnt change anything else in my routine, so I do believe it was the serum. As someone with sensory issues, I appreciate that once its dry, it doesnt leave behind residue, and as a fan of glitter, i appreciate the little bits of shimmer it leaves. It does evaporate quickly, but if you massage the oil into the cuticle before it dries, the benefits seem to be more potent.
My new must-have for my desk
Fair warning, it does have a shimmer but its subtle. I work a desk job, and cuticle ouls have always ruined my keyboards, but this absorbs so fast that by the time I have finished applying, I'm good to go! It's hydrating, and after a week of use my cuticles are no linger cracked, torn, or flaking. It does have rubbinf alcohol in it which i feel is needed as its a tub that you're sticking your fingers into, but not enough alcohol to counter the hydration. My cuticles look brand new and the shimmer makes them look even better!

Although, this works pretty well the jar I thought was a cream or paste is more liquid than I expected and would spill if turned over. Therefore, it does not remain on the nail bed as long as I would prefer and drys up fairly quickly.
Cuticle Serum
I received this product complimentary from Nailtopia in exchange of my honest review. This feels somewhat moisturizing when I rub it on my nails. There's a strong scent of alcohol when applying it on. However, it doesn't linger around long afterwards. Also, I did notice that there's glitter in the formula which I don't think it's really necessary. I appreciate it's 100% vegan and doesn't leave any greasy residue behind nevertheless.
