Matrix Vavoom Triple Freeze Extra Dry Hairspray with Neutral Fragrance

Pros: the smell is decent, the hold is fair. Cons: the spray feature is too powerful and funneled for my preference which blows my styled hair out of place; I would prefer a wider and less powerful spray. Also, it doesn't hold my fine hair in place like I had hoped. While it's not wet, it isn't as dry as I need on my hair. I will use up the bottle but not replace.

I got this during the gorgeous hair event, which is the best time to purchase products like hairspray, or products to try for the first time. I didnt need any more hairspray but was curious about this one. It's one of the few hairsprays Ive tried that i can use a ton of, feels fine on day 2 hair, and not have my hair feeling gross at all. I recently used this while waving my hair with a large 3-barrel and it actually made my waves last perfectly the next day, unlike the other two hairsprays ive recently used with that hair tool. No crunchiness, no greasiness, and when i comb through the waves, they dont lose shape at all. I can now never be without this and if i had known how great it actually is, i wouldve ordered a bunch when it was half off. But the good thing is, its not even as expensive as most of the hairsprays i already have so im pretty stoked about it. My only issue is the nozzle. I tend to blindly spray my hair when using hair tools (like most do im sure) but the nozzle is different than any other sprays ive used so i cant tell if im pushing on the right spot. Despite that, this is still my favorite and im so glad i got it when i did.

I love how its a fine mist, high hold, and neutral scent. I've tried so many other neural scent hair sprays and nothing beats this one. It's my favorite.

I love the hold hate the spray I feel like it goes everywhere maybe that's the concept behind the application. It works great despite the nozzle

This is great, and I love the neutral fragrance you don't smell like perfume all day long. The nozzle does a good job of not soaking your hair with heavy spray- instead, it's a lighter mist of strong hold you can layer more of if needed. It did a good job keeping my bangs in place, which most sprays don't manage for long. This is like the strongest Redken hairspray (same nozzle) but without the incredibly strong smell theirs has. It does not get all sticky and then not spray well either. I hope they will keep making this indefinitely!
