Not the same
I loved this eyeliner, it was my holy grail! It would last me quite a while. They discontinued it for years then brought it back and it definitely went through some reformulation. It wasnt that bad when it was rereleased, but over the past year its been getting increasingly unusable. Ive noticed i go through them a lot quicker now, and it dries out pretty fast. The last two i bought were nearly bone dry with the brush completely ruined as i opened the tube. There was no saving it. Don't waste your money, its not like it was before! You cant get a single use out of this, and even if you could, itd be dried out the next time you use it. So disappointed, i miss my favorite liner < /3

All Dried Out
NYX Vivid Matte: Black Eyeliner. Buy two, get one free online special. Big fan of NYX eyeliner, however, when i recieved them, they were all dried out. Called ULTA CS, they offered me to go to my nearest ULTA for an exchange. I asked the CSR to check them for me before I left the store. Those were all dried out, checked the other stock, the entire stock were all dried out except for one. This is unacceptable, and hinders any future purchases from ULTA. NYX should pay more attention to the quality for their products before they get more of these reviews. Best of luck.
Unusable
I opened the package and the product was completely dry, crumbly, and concealed. I couldn't even use it once. Extremely disappointing.
worst eyeliner i have ever purchased
I have been doing my eyeliner for the last 9 years, and this is by far the WORST one I have ever used. bought it brand new, and it's very chunky and clumpy and super dried out. it applies VERY very thin. it's impossible to apply and to use. I expected better from a brand like NYX, this is super disappointing.
