- For faster results, towel dry hair to remove excess water, then run a comb through damp hair to detangle for best results.
- Plug the appliance into an electrical outlet and adjust the switch to the selected setting. Use the LOW setting on fine or thin hair and the HIGH setting on thick and coarse hair. Use the COOL setting to lock in the style.
- Separate hair into manageable sections.
- For smooth blowouts, place the dryer close to the roots and brush down toward the ends. The mixed nylon-pin with rounded tips quickly detangle, while tufted bristles with boar technology gently grip hair to smooth and promote shine.
- For voluminous blowouts, place the dryer under the hair close to the roots and roll outward to the ends. For extra lift at the roots, hold the dryer for 2 to 3 seconds under the roots.
- To curl ends IN, place the dryer UNDER the ends and hold or 2 to 3 seconds before rotating inward. To curl ends OUT, place the dryer OVER the ends and hold for 2 to 3 seconds before rotating outward.
- Repeat on remaining sections until hair has been dried into luxurious, voluminous styles.
- When drying is complete, wait for the dryer to cool before storing. Do not wrap the cord around the dryer.

Hair Type Wavy Hair
I want to preface this by stating that I have been using hot tools blow drying brushes for over two years now. It has been by far my favorite. I have had issues with the detachable dryer twice now. The first time it made a weird noise and it was blowing air very weakly. This time around I got a replacement under the warranty. It has been only 7 months since I have been using the replacement and it has burned my hair and damaged it horribly. I am overall so upset because now I have no blow dryer brush I can use since I am afraid to use this one anymore and now I have to spend money on fixing my hair (haircut and k18 for my burned hair. I advice you look into other brushes before you go with this one.

Just stopped working
Maybe a month in to having this it just stopped working. Never dropped it or anything and i loved the way it worked on my hair.
GOOD REPLACEMENT FOR CONAIR VERSION
Hair Type Wavy Hair
I have very thick, wavy hair. I use this daily (wash days and touch ups) as well as a straightener. I was looking for a replacement for my two previous Conair versions. I felt that brand was too hot and frying my hair. This seems a bit cooler (even in the med setting), but does still dry my hair. I feel this one is bit gentler and doesn't tug as much. I purchased this over the L'ange model because it's detachable, so easier for travel. I like the size and weight as well. I do wish the cool setting was a bit colder, but happy with the product overall.
