I was definitely swayed to order this iron because of all the positive reviews. It has been definitely the worst iron I have ever used. -First of, its tiny, the plates are ridiculously small. You have to work in very small strands. -The fan annoyed me the most. It's not loud but it makes noise loud...

This thing is so versatile and I think that's why I love it the most. I can straighten my hair with it, and get every kink out of my wavy hair. I can curl it. I can make it look like I just got a blowout with it because of its curvy edges. I seriously love it. It's the only hair tool I bring now when I travel anywhere.
