I love this Neutrogena Alcohol Free Toner! I used to have "combination" skin (both dry and oily), I have used this toner, as well as the entire Neutrogena facial care line, I apply it with a cotton pad after cleansing and before applying moisturizer and eye cream, It does not irritate my sensitive skin and I find it comfortable, my skin is a bit oily But after using this product for a while It turns out that my skin is less oily..the scent I fresh
